Purchases must be made by an adult.
A parent, guardian, educator, counselor, group leader or other responsible adult may allow a child to participate in a Neon Pink experience as appropriate.
Neon Pink creates interactive experiences related to girlhood, confidence, friendship, growing up, communication and related topics.
Neon Pink is educational and informational. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, counseling, crisis support or a substitute for professional care.
Neon Pink products are improved over time. Features, wording, design and functionality may change as we learn from the people using them.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep products working as intended, but digital products may occasionally contain errors or interruptions.
Prices and the product included in your purchase will be clearly shown before you pay.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, current Neon Pink purchases are one time purchases and not subscriptions.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
Any applicable taxes will be handled as required.
A purchase gives you a limited right to use the Neon Pink product for its intended purpose.
At Home products are for personal and household use.
Group products are for use by the purchasing facilitator, educator, organization or group as described with that product. Materials provided for running the experience may be used for that intended purpose.
Neon Pink products may not be resold, republished, copied for commercial use, publicly distributed or made available to others outside the permitted use without our written permission.
The Neon Pink name, branding, website, written material, games, films, graphics, activities, product concepts and other original content are owned by or licensed to Florence Boza LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Purchases are covered by the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.
Our current refund guarantee is described in the Neon Pink Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Neon Pink may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Stripe for payments.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue parts of Neon Pink as the business develops.
Where someone has paid for a product, we will take reasonable steps to honor the access and refund commitments that applied when the purchase was made.
Neon Pink is designed to encourage reflection, conversation and learning. Every child, family and group is different, and we cannot promise a particular educational, emotional or behavioral outcome from using a Neon Pink experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Florence Boza LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of Neon Pink.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as Neon Pink develops. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect.
