At the end, she can choose to bring in a grown-up for a short guided conversation. It creates a natural opening to talk about important things that can be especially hard to bring up at this age.

The Confidence Experiment was informed by research on girls’ confidence and parent-child communication, including The Girls’ Index 2023 from ROX. We use research as a starting point, then turn it into something girls can actually play, notice and talk about.

Neon Pink does not ask girls to create an account or give us their name, email address, age, or a personal profile. Their individual answers and reflections are not sent to us or saved.
